The Value Orientations is an online, self report questionnaire that describes the core value systems that influence and shape an individual’s worldview, belief systems, ways of thinking about things, and ways of adjusting to the world.
This 1 day training workshops addresses:
- The underlying Spiral Dynamics Theory
- The nature and development of the VO
- Constructs measured by the VO
- Interpretation of, and feedback on, VO
- Application of the results
Key Objectives of the Value Orientations training courses:
- To develop competence in understanding and interpreting the VO profiles results in an informed and ethical manner
- To enhance the practitioner’s skill in integrating the VO findings with additional information provided by the client or other assessment results
- To interpret and contextualise the VO in a practical and useful manner by facilitating self-insight and exploring opportunities for growth
Requirements for attendance
- Completion of the VO (included in the cost of the course)
- Experience in psychometric/ psychological assessments
Certification as a Values Orientations practitioner is dependent on the participant’s success in a competency evaluation that will be completed at the end of the workshop.
