The Motivational Profile is a web-based assessment that profiles motivation across the contexts of “Life”, “Work” and “Relationships”. It provides a perspective on an individual’s unique way of relating to, and managing challenges and changes in his/her world.
This 1 day training workshops addresses:
- The theories underpinning the MP
- The nature and development of the MP
- Constructs measured by the MP
- Interpretation of, and feedback on MP
- Application of the results
Key Objectives of the Motivational Profile training courses:
- To develop competence in understanding and interpreting the MP profiles results in an informed and ethical manner
- To enhance the practitioner’s skill in integrating the MP findings with additional information provided by the client or other assessment results
- To interpret and contextualise the MP in a practical and useful manner by facilitating self-insight and exploring opportunities for growth
Requirements for attendance:
- Completion of the MP (included in the cost of the course)
- Experience in psychometric/ psychological assessments
Certification as a MP practitioner is dependent on the participant’s success in a competency evaluation that will be completed at the end of the workshop.
