On the 23rd & 24th February 2012 we are holding Cognitive Process Profile (CPP) Practitioner Qualifying Training in London.
The Cognitive Process Profile (CPP), unlike conventional ability and IQ tests, profiles peoples capacity to solve complex problems in unfamiliar environments. In doing so the CPP identifies a person’s current capacity and their potential, which could be realised should they overcome their contraints.
When used in a business context the CPP is ideal for profiling peoples’ capability for strategic, tactical and operational decision making when leading in a complex world. This ensures that organisations develop and place their leaders into roles where they can perform at their best and deliver the highest results.
