Please note the next course is now scheduled for 12th & 13th June 2012
Learn to Profile Peoples’ Decision Making when faced with Complex, Uncertain and Ambiguous Information.
On the 20th & 21st September 2011 we are holding Cognitive Process Profile (CPP) Practitioner Qualifying Training in London.
The Cognitive Process Profile (CPP), unlike conventional ability and IQ tests, measures the way people think when solving problems, their cognitive processes and the way in which they deal with information. It also assesses aspects of their potential for future cognitive development and growth. This is achieved by using a computerised simulation to assess peoples’ thinking processes as they use their judgement and discretion to solve problems in complex and unfamiliar environments.
When used in a business context the CPP is ideal for profiling peoples’ capability for strategic, tactical and operational decision making. This ensures that organisations develop and place their leaders into roles where they can perform at their best and deliver the highest results. It helps organisations place the right people in the right roles where business environments are characterised by uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.
