Coaching

We help people to learn for themselves how they can best transcend their constraints and increase their leadership capacity. A qualified coach from Creative Edge Consulting takes a client centred approach that utilises techniques drawn from a range of psychological perspectives. The selection of the techniques is dependent on the unique requirements of each individual client.

Overall, we take a ‘Developmental’ perspective rather than skills based.  This means we focus on helping the leader to develop higher levels of leadership capacity.  The theme running through out a series of coaching sessions would be:

  • Preparing the leaders for a transition to a higher level of leadership capacity
  • Challenging leaders to see themselves and the world with a new perspective
  • Supporting the leaders as they make the transition
