A qualified coach from Creative Edge Consulting takes a client centred approach that utilises techniques drawn from a range of psychological perspectives. The selection of the techniques is dependent on the unique requirements of each individual client.
Overall, we take a ‘Developmental’ perspective rather than skills based. This means we focus on helping the leader to develop higher levels of leadership capacity. The theme running through out a series of coaching sessions would be:
- Preparing the leaders for a transition to a higher level of leadership capacity
- Challenging leaders to see themselves and the world with a new perspective
- Supporting the leaders as they make the transition
