Assessments

We can provide assessment centres or one-to-one profiling. We can also provide feedback and coaching with the participants to ensure they gain development from the experience.

Executive Recruitment

Using one-to-one executive profiling we are able to determine the suitability of candidates for Director and Board positions.

Assessment Centres

Using psychometricsbusiness simulations and/or a range of assessment exercises we are able to assess candidates for selection to roles or to high potential development programmes. We assess candidates against our ‘5 Factor Model for Identifying Leaders’ or our clients’ competency frameworks.

Individual Profiling

Through the use of carefully selected psychometrics and an interview we are able to profile leaders against the ’7 Levels of Leadership Capacity’. This increases the leader’s self awareness from which they are able to formulate development plans and goals. Coaching can then be provided to challenge and support the leader to make the transition to operate at a higher level of leadership capacity.
