- Increase the Pressure – On average our Business Simulations run for duration of around five hours. During this time we are able to gradually increase the pressure on the participants. This enables our clients to observe the behaviour of their future leaders when they come under pressure and indentify any potential derailment factors.
- Competency Framework – Many of our clients ask us to design a Business Simulation to assess the participants against a Competency Framework. We achieve this giving the participants the opportunity to demonstrate their competence through addressing a whole range of specifically designed issues.
