The Team

Our team of consultants, led by Terry Sexton, has vast experience at applying psychology and business skills to the workplace in the areas of leadership, team development, interpersonal skills, business development and strategy. This experience has been gained from many years consulting in a diverse range of industries including construction, utilities, defence, banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and transport.

All of our consultants are experienced in utilising best practice when applying psychology to business. This ensures that we operate within the prevailing ethical and legal standards for the protection of both the individuals and the client organisation.

Terry Sexton

TerryTerry has a broad background in business consulting with experience as both an internal and external consultant. He has considerable experience in leadership development, team facilitation, strategic planning, business development and change management. This experience has been gained through consulting within a variety of industry sectors including construction, engineering, telecoms, pharmaceuticals, finance and transport. Terry has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) , a BSc. Hons. in Psychology, and a MSc. in Occupational Psychology. He is a trained executive coach and is qualified and experienced in the application of a wide range of psychometric instruments, including Cognitive Process Profile, MBTI®, 16PF, CPI, Hogan HPI and HDS, FIRO-B, OPQ, MQ, Bar-On EQI, and Benchmarks (360 degree instrument). Terry is also qualified in the use of Appreciative Inquiry. Terry has also recently completed a foundation course in Core Process Psychotherapy. He started Creative Edge Consulting in 2004 after working as Head of Leadership Development for OPP in Oxford.

Angelina Bennet

AngelinaAngelina is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a broad range of experience in applying psychology in a variety of organisations, including the NHS and Network Rail, as well as several major insurance companies, airlines and engineering companies. She spent several years working as a consultant and trainer and has a depth of expertise in working with personality, particularly Jungian typology and the MBTI®. Angelina has also worked on the development of a contemporary model of change and the psychological contract that helps to reduce change resistance and loss of productivity during change. She has a BSc in Psychology with Languages, an MSc in Experimental Methodology and an MSc in Applied Psychology from Cranfield University. She is also qualified and experienced in the application of a wide range of psychometric instruments including Cognitive Process Profile.

Cathy Brown

CathyCathy is an Occupational Psychologist with over a decade of experience in business consulting and line management. She has consulted in executive assessment and development, team development, process facilitation, performance management, competency development, job design and change management. This experience has been gained through consulting with a variety of business sectors including energy, pharmaceuticals, retail, health and beauty, media, financial, FMCG, manufacturing, education, local government, charity and telecommunications. Cathy has a BSc Hons in Psychology, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a MSc. in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. She is a trained executive coach, a qualified NLP Practitioner and is also qualified and experienced in the application of a wide range of psychometric instruments. Cathy is a guest lecturer on the Executive MBA and general MBA programmes at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham University and she is a business mentor with the Prince’s Trust.

Jill Chapman

JillJill has been qualified as an Occupational Psychologist since 1999 and gained Chartered Status from the British Psychological Society in 2004. Her career has spanned from in-house H.R in a global organisation, to designing and delivering recruitment and development solutions for both public and private sector organisations. Jill is also a qualified trainer and has completed a certificate in Coaching for Business Effectiveness. During the past five years Jill has worked with organisations at senior executive and board levels to recruit, develop, support and encourage high performance leadership behaviours. Since becoming a Chartered Psychologist, Jill has focused her career on supporting individuals and teams using feedback and coaching. She focuses on assisting people to gain greater self awareness and career satisfaction whilst also improving business performance and results. Jill is also a member of the associate faculty at Cranfield University, and is a member of the Association for Coaching.

Bernard Cooke

BernardBernard is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, an accredited Executive Coach and an associate consultant with Creative Edge Consulting Ltd. He has a background in HR Development consulting with experience as both an internal and external consultant. His specialist areas of expertise are executive coaching, leadership and team development. Prior to working as a consultant, Bernard held a number of HR Development roles within large organizations, in both the manufacturing and service sectors. He has installed performance management systems for organisations and designed and delivered a range of management development programmes, including intensive leadership courses which enable senior managers to realise their full potential. Bernard has a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology, a MBA from Henley and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck. He is a fellow of the CIPD and is also qualified and experienced in the application of a wide range of psychometric instruments including Cognitive Process Profile.

Anna Crollick

AnnaAnna is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist passionate about enabling people to overcome the obstacles preventing them from performing at their true potential in business. Working at all levels from organisational leadership to the team and individual, she has experience of developing potential and facilitating personal and professional improvement through coaching and bespoke interventions.  She is also skilled in the design and delivery of assessment and development centres, competency frameworks and psychometric tests.  Anna has worked with a range of public and private sector clients both in the UK and internationally.  Anna has a BSc (Hons) degree in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology.   She is also qualified and experienced in the application of a wide range of psychometric instruments and is a trained coach.

Natasha Graham

NatashaNatasha is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and executive coach with a breadth and depth of experience in managing, designing and delivering a range of management assessment and development interventions. She has a track record in developing leaders and teams using executive coaching, 360° feedback, psychometric testing, leadership development programs, career coaching and training interventions. Her personal approach combines a highly perceptive interpersonal style, rigorous ethical standards and strong project management skills. Natasha has a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. She has completed a qualification in Psychosynthesis Counselling to compliment her coaching background. She is also qualified and experienced in the application of a wide range of psychometric instruments and is a trained coach.

Felicity Lee

Felicity Felicity is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a qualified executive coach with considerable industry knowledge and expertise in the areas of leadership and team development. She has worked for a wide range of clients from across the private sector both in the UK and internationally including Financial Services, Construction, Oil and Gas, Telecommunications and Professional Service firms. Her work is underpinned by a strong belief in building the performance of organisations through enabling the talent of its people. Felicity is a practitioner of Appreciative Inquiry and NLP. She is a leading expert in many psychometrics on the market (OPQ, MBTI, 16PF, FIRO-B, CPI, Corporate Transformation Tools, Emotional Intelligence, Six Thinking Hats, Wave, and Benchmarks and is both Level A and B qualified. She has a BSc in Psychology and French, an MSc in Occupational Psychology. Felicity appeared on the BBC 1 documentary “What Am I Like?” as a panel psychologist. She was also the resident psychologist for The Apprentice 2006.

Gillian Rankin

Gillian Gillian is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 25 years experience of applying her knowledge to maximise the value of an organisation’s investment in its human capital. She specialises in helping companies to manage their talent through executive/leadership selection and development; her experience includes coaching executives on the key issues of performance, personal and career development, and designing and delivering customised selection processes, including assessing candidates for executive and Board level posts and identifying senior management potential. Throughout her career Gillian has enjoyed working across a very wide range of organisations. Gillian completed her MA degree at the University of St Andrews. Her postgraduate education was at the University of Strathclyde and the University of Hertfordshire, where she was awarded her Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology.
